Once you have selected the bills in the Pay Bills section and created a batch, you can proceed with execution based on your organization’s approval policy.

💡 What are approval policies? [Learn more here.]

Step 1: Reviewing the Batch

For example, if you have created a batch of 12 bills across 4 beneficiaries, the total amount across different currencies will be displayed. After selecting the bills, click Continue to Payment.

Step 2: Assigning a Funding Source

In the next section, you will see a breakdown of beneficiaries, payments, and associated bills. Here, you can set the funding source for each payment.

How to Set the Funding Source?

  • Some bills may require currency conversion, while others will be automatically routed from respective accounts.

  • You can assign a funding source for all beneficiaries or pre-select a source in case of insufficient funds in a specific account.

  • The available balance in your accounts will be visible before assigning the funding source.

Step 3: Finalizing the Payment

Once the funding source is set, click Continue. If there is no approval policy in place and you are an authorized executor, you can process the batch instantly.
