Batch payments allow you to pay multiple bills at once, saving time and effort. With Finofo, you can group hundreds of bills into a batch, route them for necessary approvals, and execute payments seamlessly.

How to Create a Batch Payment in Finofo

In the Pay Bills section of your Finofo dashboard, you'll see a list of bills that need to be paid. You can filter these bills by beneficiary and select specific invoices or all invoices under a beneficiary. This allows for a granular level of control, so you can decide exactly which payments to include in the batch.

For each selected bill, you'll see the beneficiary name, bill number, and total payable amount. Once you've chosen the bills, you can create a batch with a single click. The batch will then be ready for the next steps, including approval and execution.

Next Steps

Once the batch is created, you can proceed with approvals if required, then execute the payments efficiently.
