You can create multiple approver groups and assign them to approval policies for different transactions.
How to create an approver group
Click on the Approvals tab on the left sidebar of your dashboard and then click 'Approval policies'.
Go to the Approvers section.
Click on New Group to create an approver group.
Name the group and add users based on your approval needs.
Note: Approver Groups are responsible for reviewing transactions following your company-defined Approval Policies. Only Users with the Owner role may add or edit Approver Groups.
How to customize approval stages
Approver groups can be fully customized based on your company’s internal approval policy.
To add multiple approvers at a stage, click ‘+’ and set the minimum number of required approvals.
Example: If you add 3 people, you can require at least 2 approvals before proceeding.
Use ‘And’ when all members at a stage must approve the transaction.
To move to the next approval stage, click ‘Then’ to create the next step in the approval flow.
Note: Once Stage 1 approvals are completed, notifications will be sent to Stage 2 approvers.
