When uploading a payment file, you may notice that some beneficiaries show a “No match” message. This usually happens when the beneficiary name in the file doesn’t exactly match what’s saved in Finofo.
This is common when there are formatting differences, typos, or if the beneficiary hasn’t been added to Finofo yet.
What can you do next?
Match with an existing beneficiary:
Finofo will suggest the closest potential matches. Before selecting one, double-check that the beneficiary currency matches the currency in your payment file.
Add a new beneficiary:
If no match is found or the match isn’t correct, you can easily add a new beneficiary directly from that section and map it to the payment.
Map to a different beneficiary:
You can also choose to map the payment to any existing beneficiary of your choice—just make sure the currency and payment details are correct.
Can you still proceed with batch creation?
Yes. Once you’ve matched or added the correct beneficiaries, you can edit any additional fields if needed and proceed to create the batch.
