Finofo streamlines team management by offering two distinct user roles: Admin and Collaborator. Each role is designed to provide the appropriate level of access and responsibility within your Finofo account.

Admin Role

Admins have comprehensive control over the Finofo account, with responsibilities including:

  • Making payments and withdrawing funds

  • Converting currencies

  • Adding and managing bank accounts

  • Approving beneficiaries, invoices, and payments

  • Issuing and freezing cards

  • Managing funds across accounts

  • Connecting ERP systems

  • Overseeing all account activities

Collaborator Role

Collaborators have a more focused set of permissions, allowing them to:

  • View account information

  • Prepare transactions for approval

  • Access specific features as assigned by Admins

Note: Collaborators cannot perform transactions such as payments or currency conversions without Admin approval.

💡 Tip

For a comprehensive breakdown of role permissions, log into your Finofo account and navigate to Settings -> Members. This section provides a detailed comparison between Admin and Collaborator roles.
