This guide will walk you through the process of setting up Bank Feeds to connect your Finofo account with NetSuite.

Access Bank Feeds Settings on Finofo

  1. Log in to your Finofo platform

  2. Go to Settings page on your Finofo account

  3. Click on "Accounting"

  4. Locate the "Bank Feeds" section

Establish Connection with NetSuite

  1. In the Bank Feeds section, select NetSuite as your ERP

  2. Follow the prompts to connect Finofo with your NetSuite account

Configure Bank Feeds


  1. Create a General Ledger Account in NetSuite:
    ​

    • Log in to NetSuite

    • Create a new general ledger account

    • Note down the account details
      ​

  2. Configure on Finofo Platform:
    ​

    • Return to Finofo's Bank Feeds configuration page
      ​
      ​


    • You will see your multi-currency Finofo accounts listed
      ​

    • Map each Finofo account to the corresponding NetSuite General Ledger Account.
      ​

    • Ensure you match the correct currencies
      ​

  3. Save Configuration:
    ​

    • After mapping all accounts, click "Save"
      ​

    • This enables automatic transaction export to NetSuite


Once set up, Finofo transactions will appear in your NetSuite account -

  • Finofo exports data to NetSuite every 60 minutes

  • NetSuite may take 1-2 days to retrieve and display this information

  • You can disable the NetSuite bank feed connection from Finofo at any time
